How we talk

Our language principles

  1. Plain words first, the traditional word second, never jargon alone.
  2. Ayurveda as a practical wellness system. No religious belief is needed or assumed.
  3. Spiritual or devotional practices are always optional and clearly labelled.
  4. We recommend and support. We never say prescribe, diagnose, cure or treat.
  5. Invite, don't shame: a missed day pauses your rhythm, it never resets it.
  6. Every body is welcome: any age, size, culture, faith or none, gender or ability.
